Getting Started
I've been reading Awakening To The Sacred: Creating a personal spritual life by Lama Surya Das. 
He suggests that you keep journals, many of them for different reasons. However, I'm going to sum them up in this one online blog. It will contain quotes, thoughts, prayers and whatever I think falls under this catagory of my life. Not that anyone else will find this of any interest but like having the online asspect for convience.
Also, I get a lot of quotes via e-mail from Cynthia Kersey who wrote Unstoppable Women: Achieve any breakthroug goal in 30 days.
She gives you a plan to achieve goals. Honestly, this is the first self help book I've read from beginning to end. Her plan is simple and works if you really put it into action.
